🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup toor dal (boiled)
  • 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp The Masala Mandi Byadgi Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of asafoetida
  • Curry leaves

🍳 Instructions:

    1. Boil toor dal with turmeric and salt. Set aside.
    2. Heat ghee in a tadka pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
    3. Add garlic, curry leaves, dried chillies. Sauté till garlic browns.
    4. Turn off heat, add Byadgi Chilli Powder. Mix quickly.
    5. Pour the tadka over hot dal. Stir well and serve.
