Signature Recipe: Restaurant-Style Tandoori Paneer Tikka

Spices Used: Tandoori Masala – The Masala Mandi

Ingredients

  • 200g paneer (cubed)
  • ½ cup thick curd (hung curd preferred)
  • 1.5 tsp The Masala Mandi Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Onion and capsicum (diced) for grilling
  • Salt to taste
  • Skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix curd, Tandoori Masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
  2. Add paneer cubes, onions, and capsicum. Mix gently and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Skewer the marinated paneer and vegetables.
  4. Grill on a pan, tandoor, or oven until lightly charred.
  5. Baste with butter or oil while grilling for extra flavor.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
