Ingredients
- 500g chicken (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 onions (sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped or pureed)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp The Masala Mandi Chicken Masala
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Cook until oil separates.
- Add chicken pieces and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Add Chicken Masala and salt. Mix well.
- Add about 1 cup water, cover, and simmer for 25–30 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
