- 1 onion, 1 tomato, ginger-garlic paste
- For side: Paneer or Veg Tikka (marinated with Tandoori Masala)
- For rice: 1 cup Veg or Egg Biryani using Shahi Biryani Masala
- Optional: Mutton curry using Mutton Masala (for full non-veg thali)
Instructions
- Cook chicken curry using your Chicken Masala recipe.
- Marinate paneer or vegetables in curd and Tandoori Masala, then grill or pan-fry.
- Prepare veg or egg biryani using pre-cooked rice, vegetables, and Shahi Biryani Masala.
- Optional: Cook a rich mutton curry in a pressure cooker using Mutton Masala.
