Ingredients
- 200g paneer (cubed)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp cashew paste
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp The Masala Mandi Shahi Paneer Masala
- ¼ cup cream or malai
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves or kasuri methi (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Stir in cashew paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Shahi Paneer Masala and salt; mix well.
- Add paneer cubes and about ½ cup water. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in cream and garnish with coriander or kasuri methi.
