🧾 Signature Recipe: Classic Indian Garam Masala Aloo

🧂 Spices Used: Garam Masala – The Masala Mandi

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer (cubed)
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1 tbsp cashew paste
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp The Masala Mandi Shahi Paneer Masala
  • ¼ cup cream or malai
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander or kasuri methi for garnish

🍳 Instructions:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until translucent.
    2. Add ginger-garlic paste. Cook till raw smell vanishes.
    3. Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
    4. Stir in cashew paste and cook 2 minutes.
    5. Add Shahi Paneer Masala and salt. Mix well.
    6. Add paneer cubes and ½ cup water. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
    7. AStir in cream. Garnish with coriander or kasuri methi.
