Signature Recipe: Spicy Chicken Curry

Spices Used: Chicken Masala – The Masala Mandi

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 onions (sliced)
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped or pureed)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp The Masala Mandi Chicken Masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
  3. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Cook until oil separates.
  4. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add Chicken Masala and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add about 1 cup water, cover, and simmer for 25–30 minutes until chicken is tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
