Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes (boiled and diced)
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1.5 tsp The Masala Mandi Garam Masala
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add green chilli and grated ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add turmeric powder and boiled potatoes. Toss gently.
- Sprinkle Garam Masala and salt. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes until lightly crispy.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
