Ingredients- 1 cup chopped mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, capsicum, potato)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 2 tsp The Masala Mandi Kitchen King Masala
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp red chilli powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- ½ cup water
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
- Heat oil in a kadhai and sauté onions until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, stir well, then add tomato puree.
- Cook until the oil starts separating.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and The Masala Mandi Kitchen King Masala.
- Add chopped vegetables and mix well to coat them evenly with the masala.
- Pour in water, cover, and cook for 10–12 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with phulka or jeera rice.
