Ingredients
- 200g paneer (cubed)
- ½ cup thick curd (hung curd preferred)
- 1.5 tsp The Masala Mandi Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- Onion and capsicum (diced) for grilling
- Salt to taste
- Skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix curd, Tandoori Masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes, onions, and capsicum. Mix gently and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Skewer the marinated paneer and vegetables.
- Grill on a pan, tandoor, or oven until lightly charred.
- Baste with butter or oil while grilling for extra flavor.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
