1. Damaged Product

✔ Two clear images of the damaged product

- If multiple items were shipped, only the affected product will be replaced.

2. Missing Product
If any item is missing from your order, please inform The Masala Mandi within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 82080 92729.

- Refunds are not available for missing products, but we will promptly resend the missing item.

3. Spoiled Product

- Returns are not accepted due to variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Since our products are 100% natural and made in small batches to preserve the natural oils, quality and the aroma, slight differences between batches are normal. However, we guarantee the highest quality ingredients and production processes.
- A replacement will be provided after due investigation, ensuring a fair resolution.

4. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, The Masala Mandi does not accept cancellation requests.
